Established in 1994 by Sean Lucy, former Chairman of An Bord Pleanála, our specialist planning service has been defined by the experience and expert knowledge of our founder's many years in public service and 23 years in private practice.

Prior to founding his own business in the private sector Sean Lucy served as Chairman of An Bord Pleanala for seven years, was County Engineer in both Offaly and Roscommon County Councils and held a variety of Local Authority posts including that of Senior Planner in Westmeath County Council.

From our offices in Lough Sheever Corporate Park, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath we work with clients throughout Ireland and enjoy good working relationships with architects and engineers across the country.
